Titrate GLP-1 agonist dose

Description

Adjust GLP-1 agonist dose based on patient weight trend in order to target appropriate weight loss rates.

Clinical notes

At each dose of GLP-1 agonist, if weight loss is < 5% per month, then recommend an increase in dose. If weight loss is > 5% per week consider decreasing the dose. For everything in between keep current dose.
