This protocol reacts any time a lab report is assigned to Canvas Support (this can be modified easily to refer to any staff who may be unable to review lab reports in a timely fashion, for any reason like role change or out-of-office time. The protocol reacts by creating a task for a specified individual to review the lab report and handle or assign to the appropriate person.
