Follow-up after serotonergic medication adjustment
Description
If dose or active ingredient of SSRI/SNRI is adjusted, then create a task in 2 weeks for care coordinator to check in with the patient regarding medication tolerability and ensure they were able to pick up the medication.

This protocol will initiate an appropriate follow-up cadence and patient education when patients are prescribed a new SSRI or SNRI but have been on an SSRI or SNRI before. For patients who have been on this medication before and so are more familiar with side effects and do not need as close follow-up. This workflow has the care coordination team and automated check-ins regarding efficacy of the medication.
